The Beats Pill is an excellent Bluetooth charger. It works great with Apple and Android devices. The water and dust resistance makes it suitable for taking with you to a pool party, camping trip, or wherever. And, it can even be used as a charger for your phone if you're in a pinch!
Like many modern devices, though, it doesn't come with a charger in the box. So these are some options you could consider for charing your Beats Pill.
Charging with included USB C cable
The Beats pill comes with a USB C cable. This is a pretty versatile connection, so if you have an existing phone charger around, you can just use that, or if you're needing a quick top-up you can even plug it into a laptop's USB C port to charge.

Charging the Beats Pill with a USB C charger
If you don't want to give up your phone charger, you can always pick up an additional USB C charger. The basic 20w iPhone-style charger works great and doesn't cost too much.

If you want more for your money and want a trusted, third-party option, Belkin has this dual charger option. It gives you two chargers, two 5 foot USB C cables, and the adapters have a spot to plug in an older-style USB Type A cable.
Keeping your Beats Pill plugged in all the time
While the Beats Pill is designed for portability, maybe you've decided to make this your main speaker in your home or a specific room. And because of that you want to keep it plugged in all the time.
You could use the basic phone charger as mentioned above, but you may also want to consider a power adapter with multiple charging points. This gives you a little more versatility if you want to use the same outlet and charger to top up your phone or even a laptop (if you choose a charger with a high power wattage).
Charge it all!

Belkin Boost Charge 3-1

A more robust option would be something like the Belkin Boost Charge 3-1. In addition to keeping your Beats Pill battery topped up, you can use it to charge a laptop or additional devices between the three USB C-style plug ins.
We've been using Belkin's 3-in-1 Boost Charge charger for two years and it's a go-to favourite. You can get up to 67W of power for one device, or divide that between multiple devices. This means you can charge up a laptop relatively quickly, or keep a phone, speaker, and laptop, all powered simultaneously with relative ease. Plus this one is extremely compact if you take it travelling.
A similar (but more costly) alternative to the above would be to use something like this. It's a GaN charger (most chargers use silicon to convert AC power to DC power, this uses gallium nitride or GaN, which is more efficient).
Charge even more!

If you have a semi permanent place in mind for charging multiple devices including your Beats Pill, this could be a great option. It's overkill as a charger for JUST a Beats Pill, but if you have a laptop and some additional accessories at your workstation, this is a really great option to provide ample power and, thanks to the USB C and A style ports, maximum versatility.
The advantage with this one would be if you kept the speaker on a desk next to your laptop and wanted a charger that could handle both devices, and leave space for some legacy USB A-style charging cables as well.
Final notes on charging your Beats Pill
You really don't need to buy a fancy charger for your new Beats Pill. But if you don't have an extra lying around we've outlined a variety of options so you can consider some different choices.

If you do decide to keep your Beats Pill charged in all the time it would have a negative impact on the battery over the years you're owning it. It's a little hard to say how much of an impact.
The good news is, the Beats Pill is smart enough to prevent the device from drawing power once it's fully charged, so you don't have to worry about over-charging this speaker (a concern that most modern lithium-ion batteries have removed from the equation).
